Documents and archives
Office documents, PDFs, ZIP, RAR and 7z archives, databases and other protected files. We assess the format and version to determine whether password recovery or content access is feasible.
Password recovery and access to encrypted information on devices, documents and digital storage. Proprietary Spanish technology and laboratory expertise to assess each case and define a recovery strategy.

Every device and file is assessed individually. Compatibility depends on the model, version, protection scheme and available information. Recovery cannot be guaranteed for every password.
Office documents, PDFs, ZIP, RAR and 7z archives, databases and other protected files. We assess the format and version to determine whether password recovery or content access is feasible.
Windows, macOS and Linux computers, disks, SSDs, external drives and forensic images. We assess BitLocker, FileVault, VeraCrypt and other encryption environments according to their configuration and available recovery material.
Assessment of PINs, patterns and passwords on Android, iPhone and iPad. Feasibility depends on the model, processor, operating system version and security level; preserving data guides our work.
Encrypted backups, credential stores and digital wallet files. We assess recovery options for the authorised material provided. Access to online services follows the provider's own procedures.

We combine in-house development, computing capacity and specialist analysis at our Alicante laboratory. Each case receives its own strategy: identifying the protection scheme, assessing available keys and applying accelerated recovery where supported.
Our goal is to regain access while preserving information. Password recovery, decryption and access resets are different procedures: we explain which approach is viable before proceeding.
A password prompt does not tell the whole story. We identify the format, the encryption and the available recovery material before choosing a procedure.
BitLocker and BitLocker To Go on Windows; FileVault and encrypted APFS volumes on Mac; LUKS and LUKS2 on Linux. We assess the original device, recovery keys and available forensic images. Hardware-bound protection requires a device-specific assessment.
VeraCrypt, TrueCrypt and encrypted DMG images. The container, its configuration and any required keyfiles matter as much as the password. We first check that the material is complete and readable.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, ZIP, RAR and 7z. An opening password is different from an editing restriction. The application version and protection settings determine which recovery options can be considered.
Local encrypted iPhone or iPad backups, KeePass databases and macOS keychains, among other formats. We assess the specific version and any additional keys required to access the supplied material.
Assessment of password-protected wallet files, such as Bitcoin Core or Electrum. Recovering access to an existing file is different from reconstructing a lost private key. We do not promise to recover funds without the necessary cryptographic material.
Android, iPhone and iPad require an individual compatibility check. Model, security patch, operating system and device condition influence access. A short PIN alone does not mean that unrestricted attempts are possible.
We establish what is encrypted, whether the material is intact and what information is needed for the assessment.
Recovery keys, authorised memory captures or hibernation files may offer an alternative route in suitable cases. Their usefulness depends on the system and its state when acquired.
Partial recollections and password patterns can help prioritise candidates. Dictionaries, rules and bounded searches are selected for the case. GPU acceleration is used where the format supports it.
Computing power does not make every password recoverable. We review the strategy and agree the scope of further work, rather than presenting processing time as a guarantee.
Preserving information is the goal. A factory reset can erase the contents. Before attempting it, we assess the model, system version and available backups to determine whether a route that preserves data is available.
The iPhone passcode and the Apple Account password protect different things. We assess the device and authorised backups. Avoid further code attempts or an erase operation if the photos stored on the phone are your priority.
Check the Microsoft account used to set up the computer, your IT department, a printed copy or a USB backup. The key has 48 digits. Its ID helps identify the matching key but cannot be used to calculate it. If it cannot be found, we assess the original equipment and available material.
No. The sign-in password, Windows Hello PIN and BitLocker recovery key serve different purposes. Tell us which screen appears. Resetting an account does not by itself decrypt a BitLocker-protected disk.
We assess the file and its version. An editing restriction differs from encryption that prevents opening the document. Keep an untouched copy: the method and effort depend on the protection and password complexity.
Tell us the device or file format, known version and access problem. Do not send passwords or sensitive files through a public form.
We verify authorisation, examine the protection and assess feasibility. We define scope, quotation and terms.
We apply the agreed strategy and review progress. Processing time depends on the encryption and password complexity.
We communicate the outcome and arrange secure delivery. Technical or expert reporting is agreed as part of the engagement.
Recovery cannot be guaranteed. A strong password and modern encryption can make it infeasible. We assess the options and explain the limitations before accepting the work.
There is no universal timeframe or price. Assessment defines the quotation and scope. In some cases, computation time cannot be estimated accurately.
We prioritise preservation and work on a copy where possible. We do not perform a reset that erases information without explaining it and obtaining authorisation.
The owner or a person with sufficient authorisation. Corporate, expert and judicial cases require an agreed scope and appropriate documentation before access.
Device, file type and access problem: these details let us begin an assessment. For phones, avoid further code attempts or resets.
